    Where I teach

In person in your home, your building's gym or amenity room, or a nearby outdoor space like a local park across Inwood (10034) and Washington Heights (10033 & 10040). Travel outside these zones when my schedule allows; a travel fee may apply. Virtual sessions are available via Google Meet.

    Space & setup

7x7 of clear, well-lit, quiet space. Angle your camera so I can see you and your mat from the side; a laptop or tablet works best. Use a Pilates mat 1/2 inch (12-15mm); place thin yoga mats on a rug/carpet for comfort. Have 2-3 lb hand weights and, as needed, a small hand towel.

Minimal in-home Pilates setup; light wood floor, white wall, gray mat with towel, chair and shelf, natural daylight from a window.

    What clients say

Pilates props in a black wire basket with ring, small ball, and hand weights.
