Who It's For

  • Beginners ready for a safe, structured start
  • Those returning to movement after time away
  • Anyone managing chronic tension, pain, or postural imbalances
  • Clients with complex movement histories or specific health considerations
  • Intermediates seeking precise cueing and thoughtful progressions
  • Anyone looking for strength, mobility, balance, and better posture over a lifetime

How Sessions Work

1. It starts with you — Every session begins with an assessment of where your body is, your movement history, any physical considerations, and your goals.

2. The work is precise, systematic, and progressive — Rooted in Peak Pilates methodology, sessions are structured as a training program: deep stabilizers before global muscles, each session building on the last. Spring resistance, levers, and props are adjusted as your stability, mobility and strength develop. No random sequences. No guessing.

3. You leave feeling better than when you arrived —  and stronger than you were last month. The goal isn't exhaustion. It's awareness, alignment, and measurable progress in strength, flexibility, and endurance that compounds over time. Clinical precision meets real, felt results.

Where I Teach

In-person sessions take place in your home, building gym, or a outdoor space in Inwood (10034) and Washington Heights (10033 & 10040). Travel fees may apply outside these zones. Virtual sessions are offered on Google Meet.

Space & Setup

For all sessions, you'll need a clear 6x8 space, enough to fully extend your arms and legs in all directions. For virtual sessions, position your camera so I can see your full mat from the side; a laptop or tablet works best. Come with a Pilates mat (1/2" or 12-15 mm), 2-3 lb hand weights, and a hand towel for head or spine support as needed.
