Private classical Pilates sessions using the Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus in Manhattan.
Reformer and apparatus sessions offer a more equipment-based approach to private Pilates and can be a great fit for clients looking to build strength, support alignment, deepen body awareness, or work with more variety and progression than mat alone.
Based in Upper Manhattan, these sessions may be available in the home studio for established clients or by consultation, as well as in a client's home or building gym throughout Manhattan when appropriate equipment is available. Travel fees may apply outside the core service area.
Apparatus sessions are offered on a more limited basis than mat Pilates and may be a good fit for established clients, clients with prior Pilates experience, or those booking by consultation. If you’re unsure whether mat or apparatus is the best place to start, I’m happy to help you decide.

No. These are fully private 1:1 sessions. There are no groups. You work one-on-one with your instructor.
Classical Pilates apparatus work is well-suited to rehabilitation. The spring support can reduce load on the joints while still creating productive movement. Always consult your healthcare provider.
