Classical mat Pilates instruction rooted in the original method and informed by 17+ years of occupational therapy practice. Sessions are available at your home, building gym, outdoor space, or virtually, wherever you move best. Serving clients in Inwood, Washington Heights, and across Manhattan.

All new clients begin with a brief phone or video consultation before their first session.

    Session Formats

    Private 1:1

    Fully personalized instruction tailored to your body, goals, and how you move. The most direct path to progress.

    • In-person: $95 per session 
    • Virtual: $70 per session

    Duet

    Shared sessions for two people with individualized cueing and pacing for each person. Ideal for friends, partners, or family members. Participants should be at a reasonably similar movement level.

    • In-person: $50 per person 
    • Virtual: $35 per person

    Small Group (up to 3)

    Community energy with personal attention throughout. Everyone receives precise cueing and progressions suited to their level.

    • In-person: $35 per person 
    • Virtual: $25 per person

    No. Most clients start with little or no Pilates background. Sessions are built around where you are right now.

    Yes. With an OT background, working with complex movement histories, pain, and physical considerations is a core part of how I teach, not an exception to it.

    If you have a complex health history, an active diagnosis, or limited movement experience, starting with 1 to 2 private sessions is strongly recommended before joining a duet or small group. Reach out and we will find the right fit together.

    Yes. Duet and small group sessions are for clients booking together. Please have your partner or group confirmed before scheduling. I am not able to match or pair clients at this time. Duet, small group, and Pilates in the Park classes are the most accessible and affordable entry points into IPP.

    Not necessarily. Some variation is manageable. However, participants should be at a reasonably similar movement level. If there is a significant difference in experience or physical ability, private sessions may be recommended first.
