Toward health and happiness–classical mat Pilates, OT-informed.
I'm a certified classical mat Pilates instructor and occupational therapist (OT). For 16+ years, I've helped adults feel better in their bodies clinically and now through Pilates, with clear, OT-informed guidance.
I live with functional scoliosis and the posture issues and aches that can come with it. I tried different approaches over the years. Pilates was the one that helped me feel better in a steady, consistent way. With regular practice, I became more aware of how I moved. Over, time I felt stronger, more flexible, and more balanced.
I studied more, built a simple home practice, and completed a classical mat certification so I could teach what helped me. My focus is a clear path toward better alignment, strength, and ease in everyday movement. I see Pilates as a foundation that supports the rest of your routine. It pairs well with strength training, cardio, and daily activity. It is also a calming mind and body practice that helps us keep moving in pursuit of health and happiness.
