FAQ

Sessions & scheduling

Sessions are 50-55 minutes.

In person in your home, your building's gym or amenity room, or nearby outdoor space like a local park across Inwood (10034) and Washington Heights (10033 & 10040), or virtually on Google Meet.

Go to Pricing & booking. For now, I will place sessions for you. Send your preferred windows and I'll confirm by email with a calendar invite. You can reschedule from that email up to 24 hours before. Please include: in-home or virtual, neighborhood & ZIP (if in–home), 2–3 preferred windows, any considerations.

Yes. Duet (two people) and small group (up to 3). Intensity scales to the group; I still cue form for each person.

Set up about 7x7 feet of clear space. Place your camera side-on so I can see your full mat, head to toe. Test your audio and connection before we begin.

Approach & modifications
