Duets are a more affordable option for in-person or virtual training, offering a supportive way to move consistently with someone else. Whether we meet in your home, your building gym's, amenity room or virtually, each session is adapted for both participants with clear cueing, thoughtful pacing, and consistent progression.
Not exactly. Some variation is fine, but big differences in strength, endurance or Pilates experience can affect the pacing, flow and safety of the session. I can offer different options for each person, but duets work best when both clients can stay engaged and move at a similar pace. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out.
We can meet in your home, amenity space (COI is available on request), or virtually on Google Meet. Just enough space for two mats is all you need.
That's possible, but each person needs to complete a required intake form, policy agreement, and waiver before joining a session. Please give advance notice if someone new will be joining, so I can plan accordingly.
